Steve O’Hanlon is an entrepreneur and technology executive with more than four decades of experience building and scaling software, financial analytics and fintech companies. As President and CEO of Numerix, he masterminded its transformation into a global capital-markets analytics leader, expanding the company to 26 countries and culminating in its acquisition by Genstar Capital in 2023. O’Hanlon has built high-performance organizations and led multiple successful corporate ventures, including start-ups, IPOs and exits. His leadership helped Numerix earn more than 100 international awards, while his personal honors include recognition on Institutional Investor’s Tech 50 and Trading Technology 40, CEO Magazine's CEO of the Year, and recognition as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. He is also co-author of FinTech for Dummies (Wiley).

Ron Coleman is a computer scientist, AI innovator, author and Professor Emeritus of Computer Science at Marist College. His four decades in technology span artificial intelligence, supercomputing, financial services and entrepreneurship, including work on IBM's Deep Blue team and senior technology roles at Citigroup. A researcher as well as a practitioner, Coleman is the holder of multiple patents and has spent his career developing and applying advanced computational methods to complex real-world problems. His combination of academic research, patented innovation and commercial technology experience provides a foundation for NERVdata's approach to data analysis, explainability and AI.

Dawn Patrick is a start-up and operational growth strategist with more than 40 years of leadership experience across high-growth technology and service organizations. As COO and EVP of Global Operations at Numerix, she helped scale the company through major growth and acquisition while building global sales, customer service and operating organizations. Her career has focused on turning emerging businesses into scalable, high-performing enterprises—building the operational structures, teams and customer organizations required to move companies from innovation through commercialization and sustained growth.
