Mrs. O’Hanlon is an author, entrepreneur, and CEO.  As a seasoned computer and software sales and marketing executive, she has participated in three of the most profound technological revolutions of our lifetime; the development of the minicomputer and workgroup computing, where she worked with companies such as Wang Laboratories, Molecular Computers and Televideo. The PC evolution where she worked as a sales executive for Syntrex, a leading provider of networking software. She also worked as a Vice President of Sales at Brokerage Trading Communications, which brought forth PC based applications for traders and brokers. While the internet was still in its infancy, Mrs. O’Hanlon worked as a sales executive for Sycomm, which was responsible for some of the first banking online initiatives. Mrs. O’Hanlon possesses a passion for entrepreneurship, and through Deepfin Labs, she is investing in the next tech revolution committed to nurturing aspiring entrepreneurs who will change the world. Mrs. O’Hanlon has her undergraduate degree in psychology from Iona College and a Graduate Degree from The City College of New York.

Steve O’Hanlon is a visionary entrepreneur and technologist with over four decades of experience scaling companies across software systems, financial analytics, and fintech. As former President and CEO of Numerix, he masterminded the firm’s transformation into a global capital markets analytics leader—culminating in its acquisition by Genstar Capital in 2023.
Upon joining Numerix in 2002, Mr. O’Hanlon drove its transformation from a broadly-focused company with many disparate products and five locations, to a global analytics software company operating from a single platform with a presence in 26 countries.
Through his efforts and continued investment in innovative technologies, unrivaled analytic capabilities, and a customer-centric solution selling approach, Numeix gained the recognition in its industry as the most prolific and dominant leader in both risk and pricing. Under Mr. O'Hanlon's guidance that company was recognized with over 100 international awards including, being named one of the fastest growing companies in North America by Inc. Magazine’s 500|5000 and Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™. Mr. O’Hanlon’s personal achievements include being named one of New York SmartCEO’s Future 50 rising stars, as well as being ranked annually on Institutional Investor’s “Tech 50” and “Trading Technology 40” Lists.
Prior to joining Numerix, Mr. O’Hanlon actively negotiated the sale of several companies for nearly $500M. A seasoned veteran, he has more than 25 years of experience building emerging market start–up software companies and has contributed to three successful IPO’s. Mr. O’Hanlon participated in the Network Express IPO road show in which $30M was raised. It was his product and distribution strategy that led to the sale of this company to Cabletron for $110M. Prior to Network Express, Mr. O’Hanlon was a member of Banyan Systems Inc. executive team, which drove eight years of unparalleled growth from $3M to $150M, culminating in a successful IPO. Before that time, Mr. O’Hanlon also held sales executive positions at Avant–Garde Computing and Nixdorf Computer.
